This tasty recipe begins with fresh raw almonds, cashews, raw pecans & pure Organic Vermont Maple Syrup. The nuts are then tossed gently in raw organic cane sugar & organic spices (all sugar and spices are fair trade).

I work in 12 lb. batches and use only 1 cup of raw organic cane sugar, most of which is lost in the shaking, picking and packaging process. Then I pick out all the broken nuts so you get only whole nuts in your package.
