Chocolate Chipotle Hard Shell Ice Cream Topping

1/2 c. + 1 tbs Milk Chocolate Chips
2 tbs. vegetable oil
1/4 Cup Maple & Chipotle Triple Nut Butter

Put in microwave safe bowl; microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted (careful not to burn chocolate); wait for mixture to cool to room temperature; put on ice cream; mixture will harden in approx 30 sec.; eat and enjoy!  If mixture hardens in bowl, microwave for a few seconds until melty.
